How can I return an item?

Dear Customer:
Thank you for choosing our cross-border e-commerce service! In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and ensure that transactions are fair and orderly, this return requirement is specially formulated. Please read the following terms carefully. Return Time Limit
1. Within 15 natural days from the date you sign for the goods, if you find that the goods have quality problems, are inconsistent with the product details, or are sent the wrong goods, you can apply for a return. If you fail to apply for a return after the deadline, it will no longer be accepted.
2. For goods damaged during transportation, you must take photos for evidence within 24 hours after signing for them and submit a return application.

Returned Goods Status
1. The returned goods must be kept in a brand new and unused state. The goods themselves, accessories, gifts (if any), tags, outer packaging (including anti-counterfeiting labels, outer boxes, plastic seals, etc.) and all other accompanying documents or materials must be intact and will not affect secondary sales.
2. No returns will be granted in the following cases:
- Damage, stains, deformation, etc. of the product due to improper personal use, storage, and maintenance by the customer.

Return process
1. Application: You must submit a return application within 15 working days of receiving the product, and explain the reason for the return in detail, and upload clear pictures or videos that can prove the problem of the product.
2. Review: We will complete the review within 3 working days after receiving the return application. After the review is passed, we will provide you with a return address. If the review is not passed, we will explain the reason to you.
3. Return: Please use a reliable logistics method to send the product back to the designated address within 3 working days after receiving the review notification, and keep the logistics documents. If the product is lost due to failure to return on time or incorrect logistics information, you will be responsible for it.
4. Acceptance: After we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product within 3 working days. If the product meets the return requirements, we will process a refund for you within 3 working days after acceptance; if the product does not meet the return requirements, we will communicate with you about the handling method.

Return Costs

1. If the return is due to product quality problems, wrong goods, or other merchant reasons, we will bear the domestic and international shipping costs incurred by the return (calculated according to the reasonable cost standards actually incurred). You need to advance the shipping costs and upload a valid shipping payment voucher in the return application. After the review is passed, we will refund the shipping costs when processing the refund.
